HOW DO I BOOK AN ACT?

Bookings can either be made through email, or by phone. It helps if you know what artiste you are looking to book, but if you don't, one of our entertainment consultants will be happy to discuss your exact requirements and budget to make sure that you are getting the best possible artiste for your event. Once an artiste is settled on, the agent will check availability and price for you, and when the booking is made, paperwork and free publicity is issued, either by email or post. It really is as simple as that!

WHAT ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE FOR PAYMENT?


Your contract will contain details of your payment arrangements for paying your artiste. For any special arrangements, you can discuss your needs with a member of our staff at the time of booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE BOOKING?

Hopefully, you won't need to cancel but in the event of something going wrong and the booking having to be postponed or cancelled, then you need to contact Peller Artistes as soon as possible who will then contact the artiste to see if this can be done. The nearer to the performance date, the more difficulty will occur in procuring new employment for the artiste. It is for the artiste to decide if they wish a cancellation fee to be paid.
WHAT IF THE ACT CANCELS?

This is where having a booking agent comes in useful. Peller Artistes are on call 365 days a year on mobile phone to cover all eventualities that might occur. In the rare event that an artiste ever breaks down or falls ill, then rest assured that Peller Artistes will be on hand to cover the event with a suitable act for you, to make sure that you are not let down.

CAN I CONTACT THE ARTISTE PRIOR TO THE EVENT?


Of course sometimes, you may wish to speak to the artiste to make last-minute arrangements such as arrival times and particular requirements, and this is absolutely fine. Speak to one of our team on the lead up to your event and we will be happy to put everyone in touch to deal with the fine details.

HOW MUCH SPACE DOES THE ACT NEED?

This varies from artiste to artiste. The solo singers obviously require much less space than say a large tribute or function band, but one of the Peller Artistes team will be able to supply you with a technical requirements sheet if necessary and will be happy to advise you on the best type of artiste for your venue at the time of booking.
