If cancellation letter is received 14 – 29 days before start of rental period, 65% of rental price payable
If cancellation letter is received within 14 days of the start of rental period, 100% of rental price payable
5. Smoking, Pets and Keys
5.1 We would appreciate your assistance is keeping the whole apartment no smoking and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
5.2 The keys will be sent recorded delivery or you will be met at the apartment on your arrival.
